1. For Customers (Ordering Food & Groceries)
- Order Placement & Finality: Once a restaurant accepts your food order through Seesho Bazar, cancellations are generally not allowed, as cooking begins immediately. [1]
- Pricing & Taxes: The total checkout price includes the food item cost, applicable GST, a delivery fee paid to the driver, and potential small packaging/platform charges. [1, 2]
- Delivery & Location Sharing: Customers must grant precise GPS location permissions to track their delivery partner in real-time. [1]
2. For Restaurant & Store Partners (Seesho Seller)
- Store Management: Merchants use the Seesho Seller portal to list food menus, adjust pricing, upload images, and toggle product availability. [1]
- Order Execution: Restaurants are legally obligated to maintain clean hygiene protocols and must prepare the exact food items requested by the user within an acceptable timeframe. [1, 2]
- Payout Cycle: Collected customer payments are settled into the merchant's registered business bank account after deducting the agreed platform commission or marketplace fee. [1]
3. For Delivery Riders (Seesho Delivery)
- Independent Contracting: Riders using Seesho Delivery are independent freelance partners, not direct employees of the parent company.
- Order Management: Riders reserve the right to accept or decline nearby food pick-ups based on their proximity.
- Earnings: Earnings are accumulated per successful delivery and are processed via regular weekly or daily payouts. [1]
